    Previously, he served as the Head of Strategy and Ops for Walmart Design, clearing the path for a multi-disciplinary human-centered product design team to deliver on its mission: saving people time and money, so they can spend it on what matters most to them.

    Through our end-to-end reimagining of Walmart, we helped lift online revenues by 40% and smoothed operations for over 2.3 million Associates and 250 million Customers. The hard work and dedication of our small, but mighty teams (Associate Experience + Customer Experience) stretched it reach from Brand Marketing to Supply Chain operations to deliver redesigns at scale and ship new features, like contactless Store Pickup 3 years before the COVID pandemic.
